Restoring Every External Surface
Do you have an external surface that needs cleaning and treating? We offer professional cleaning services for all types of surfaces and are experts in restoring them back to their former glory — whether it's a driveway, patio, roof tiles or brickwork.
The British weather takes its toll on external surfaces, leaving unsightly stains, marks and grime. Block paved driveways take a hammering from vehicle traffic, leaving deposits of grease, oil and tyre tracks, while weeds, moss, algae and lichen accumulate over time. It all adds up to a lacklustre, dirty surface — but we offer the remedy and the fix.

Our Mansfield driveway cleaning team have all the best tools and hi-tech modern equipment to deep-clean and treat your driveway, roof or patio surfaces, offering some of the most competitive prices around. Our friendly, professional service enhances and protects your hard surfaces, bringing them back to their original glory.
We guarantee you'll be more than happy with our pressure washing, cleaning and renovating services. We survive on repeat business, so we look after every customer like family, and your satisfaction is paramount to us.

Protect Your Investment
You've invested a lot of money in your block paving, so it deserves a periodic cleaning and sealing programme to protect that investment. Our highly trained team of experienced cleaners has the knowledge to deep clean any surface, delivering top quality finishes that give your driveway superior kerb appeal.
Our cleaning and sealing packages are individually designed for the exact surface they're required for — you'll always get what you pay for, and we always aim to over deliver.

Our Professional Driveway Cleaning & Sealing Package
Preparation
Correct preparation of a block paved driveway is essential before any cleaning or sealing work begins, to ensure the best, first-class finish. We first remove all unwanted vegetation, including moss, weeds, algae and lichen, then soak the whole area with our specially designed biocide fungal wash. This soaks through and, over a short time, kills every root, spore and organic growth present on your block paving or hard surface. During this process we also pre-treat existing stains such as tyre marks, chewing gum, bird droppings and ground-in vegetation, removing them as best we can.
Pressure Washing and Cleaning
This is followed by a hydro pressure wash with our special hard surface cleaning equipment. The machine has a skirt around its perimeter which keeps dirty water and debris at ground level, so it won't upset your neighbours. This process removes a thin layer of the kiln-dried sand, which is replaced in the next stage.
Jointing Sand
Once the area has dried sufficiently, we replace the sand displaced by the power washing with fresh kiln-dried sand. This is swept right into the joints between the block pavers, locking the bricks together for extra strength.
Block Paving Sealing
Once we're happy with the cleaned surface and it's bone dry, we apply your chosen sealer, available in matt or silk finishes. This extra protection keeps your driveway looking fantastic for much longer. We also offer a minor repair service for most driveway surfaces — any damage can be assessed and costed on site.

Roof Cleaning in Mansfield
Are you experiencing a build-up of moss, lichen and algae on your roof tiles? Tired of moss rolling down your roof and filling your gutters and downpipes, or leaving lumps on your drive and patio? If so, we have the solution with our roof cleaning and moss removal service.
Our method of removing unsightly, unwanted moss and organic matter is safe, eco-friendly and does not damage your roof tiles — unlike more aggressive methods like power washing, which we do not recommend. Please think twice before allowing jets of water to be blasted at your roof tiles.
Reasons for not power washing your roof:
- Not recommended by roof tile manufacturers
- Can flood the loft
- Causes roof tile damage
- Damages cement work
- Can cause tile discolouration
- Disperses moss spores along with bacteria
- A dangerous cleaning method
- Guttering can be damaged and blocked by falling moss
Our Roof Moss Removal Options
We offer a much safer, eco-friendly and less damaging solution for the removal of moss, lichen and algae, leaving your roof looking pristine. We offer different levels of service, so we can find a solution that fits your budget.
1) Roof Moss Removal Only
Full removal of moss from your roof tiles. A great choice if you're on a budget, though not a long-term method of keeping moss at bay — a good short-term option if you'd like the moss removed to help sell your house and boost kerb appeal.
2) Moss Removal + Soft Wash Biocidal Fungal Wash Treatment
Complete removal of all moss from the roof surface, as in option 1, plus a soft wash biocidal fungal wash treatment. This kills and eliminates all moss, lichen and algae spores on your roof — our motor-driven pumps disperse this specially developed liquid to every part of the roof.
3) Premium Service — Moss Removal + Soft Wash Biocidal Treatment + Roof Treatment Sealer
Our premium service, chosen by most clients, is the best long-term option, especially if you're planning to stay in your property. The added roof treatment sealer protects and guards your roof from further infestations and re-growth, and your roof will look new again. Premium service benefits include:
- Slows down further organic growth on tiles
- Tiles are more breathable
- Lets moisture out, not in
- Damp penetration is eliminated
- Escaping heat is minimised

Gutter Cleaning in Mansfield
Unattended, overflowing and blocked gutters usually cause more serious and expensive work later if the problem isn't dealt with quickly. Your gutters have an important job: when rainwater flows off your roof, the guttering system collects it and guides it down your drainpipes into the drains. If this system is blocked, it can't do its job, and rainwater will start to cascade down your walls — this is where costly problems can arise. Brickwork, cement, render, timber frames and doorways can all be exposed to water if your guttering is blocked, and the excess rainwater that accumulates at the base of your house can, over time, cause expensive damage to your foundations, garden areas and external hard surfaces like your driveway, paths and patios.
An inspection, maybe once a year, can pay for itself by giving you the knowledge to act quickly if your guttering needs maintenance. If you suspect your gutters are blocked and not performing correctly, please contact us urgently on 0115 647 8400 — prevention is always cheaper in the long run. It's easy to overlook your gutters since they're hard to see from ground level, and it can be dangerous to climb a ladder just to check them.
We have the latest high-tech detection equipment and operatives properly trained at working at heights, safely and securely, fully covered by our first-class insurance. We have our own scaffold towers for difficult areas where necessary. Our unique local gutter cleaning method uses our own vacuums and extendable suction poles, which easily and efficiently remove all the moss and debris collected inside your gutters. Any damaged gutter clips or guttering will be brought to your attention, and we can repair them for a small extra fee, or replace them — we don't recommend clear silicon quick-fixes, as they don't stand the test of time.
How much do we charge for gutter cleaning?
A starting price of £40 for the front and rear of a property, or from around £60 for a standard 2–3 bedroom house. We only charge for what we do — no hidden charges. To book, contact our friendly team on 0115 647 8400 — click the number to ring.

Conservatory Roof & UPVC Deep Clean
Why Your Conservatory Needs Regular Cleaning
Is your conservatory's UPVC framework looking dull, tired, grey and dirty? Is the roof and windows covered in grime, moss, mould and algae, no longer letting the sun shine through? If so, let us restore the UPVC framework, glass panels and windows back to how they looked when new, with our professional UPVC and glass cleaning process — renovating the glass roof so it's squeaky clean and lets those sun rays shine through again.
We've heavily invested in state-of-the-art access equipment that lets us clean all areas of a conservatory, including the large roof areas, with ease — unlike untrained contractors who step onto these delicate structures to reach difficult spots. Our lightweight aluminium scaffolding towers and telescopic poles with soft brushes make light work without causing any damage.
Conservatories are a significant investment, so it makes sense to keep them maintained and cleaned regularly. The UK's ever-changing weather can quickly leave these fine additions to your home looking tired, dirty and drab — our professional cleaning programme keeps them looking fresh and protects your investment.
Our Conservatory Roof Cleaning Process
The roof of your conservatory is often a neglected area, but harsh British weather and constant exposure lead to a build-up of bird droppings, moss, algae, leaves and other organic matter. Left unchecked, this can damage and deteriorate the UPVC frames and fittings — the longer it's left, the harder it becomes to remove. We do not recommend or use high-pressure jets or standing on conservatory roofs, as this can cause serious damage and leaking where rubbers meet glass panes.
Phase 1
We use low pressure to apply commercial-grade, industrial-strength biocidal fungal wash to all areas of the conservatory and allow it to take effect while we set up our professional access equipment. The solution acts fast, killing all biological growth — moss, lichen, mould and algae — on your UPVC frames and glass or polycarbonate panels.
Phase 2
Once the biocide has worked, we remove all the now-loose debris, dirt and vegetation using specially designed, anti-scratch telescopic carbon fibre poles with soft micro-brushes, which clean the surfaces without scratching or scuffing. Our movable, adjustable, lightweight platforms let us reach every part of the structure with ease.
Phase 3
Once cleaning of your UPVC frames, guttering and fascias is complete, we clean the glass panels using our reverse osmosis method with purified water — no smears or streaking, just fresh, sparkling glass. We're confident you'll be very satisfied with the final result.
Safety First
Conservatory roof cleaning and maintenance can be difficult and dangerous without experience, knowledge, the correct equipment or working-at-heights training. Our skilled operatives do this every day and hold the relevant health and safety certificates and insurance — please do not attempt this yourself. Our prices are very reasonable, and it isn't worth the risk to your own health. Rest assured we only use non-abrasive, non-toxic, eco-friendly solutions, avoiding any damage to UPVC frames, glass or fixings.
